INGREDIENTS:
- 2 lbs pork (cut into cubes)
- 3 whole tomatoes (cubed)
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 whole onion (chopped)
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 cups water
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- onions (chopped)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 can tomato sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Pour the water in a stockpot. Add tomatoes, soy sauce, sugar and onions. Boil the pork until tender.
- On a suacepan, add cooking oil. Saute garlic and onions until they are soft. Pour the tomato sauce and add the pork. Cook until sauce is reduced. Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with fried potato wedges.
