Chicken Macaroni Soup


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup ground pork
  • 1 cup chicken cooked and shredded
  • 3 tablespoon butter
  • 4 garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups macaroni pasta
  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 1 medium carrot peeled and diced
  • 4 pcs hot dog sliced
  • 3 stalks green onion
  • 1 medium cabbage chopped
  • 1 14 oz can evaporated milk

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a pan, melt butter and saute garlic and onion until soft.
  2. Add ground pork and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add shredded chicken and stir fry for 3 minutes.
  4. Add ground pepper, salt, macaroni pasta, and chicken broth and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Add hotdog.
  6. Add carrots, green onion, cabbage, and evaporated milk and boil for 3 minutes.
  7. Serve hot.
